In this shot she is sitting on a chair with her back to the camera that is why i know it is a (OTS) shot.

Long-Shot: At 3:59 we can see a man in a suit trying to fix something but we can also see his whole body from far so that is why it is a long shot.

                                                                     Angles

High Angle: At 3:28 A high angle is used which makes the man look small compared to the machine.

Mise-en-scene The setting of the video is very futuristic and high-tech  an not something you will see in real life that is why we know it is a fiction movie the technology is also shown to be very advanced because as we can see at 0:20 the people of this movie are on a group video call but it isn't  a normal video call like the apps we use day to day it is like a hologram/projection/3 dimensional image/ type.
